Brian-Anthony Carroll

My passion for Pilates began over 25 years ago after attending my first mat class in New York City. I vividly remember how incredible I felt afterward, strong, connected to my body, and inspired to learn more. That feeling has guided my work ever since, and it's what I strive to share with every client I teach.

I believe the body is designed to move freely in every direction, balancing mobility, stability, and resilience. I meet you exactly where you are whether you're recovering from injury, navigating physical challenges, or striving to reach the next level in your craft.

Many of the people I work with come to me with specific goals or complex movement histories. Together, we use Pilates as a powerful tool to restore balance, improve function, and create lasting change, not just in the studio, but in everyday life and professional performance.

I currently accept new clients only from the Pilates teaching community, professional performers, and athletes who are looking to deepen their understanding of movement and elevate their performance. Whether you're refining your teaching practice, preparing for the physical demands of the stage, or optimizing athletic performance, my approach is centered on helping you move with greater strength, control, efficiency, and confidence.

For me, Pilates is more than exercise; it's a lifelong practice. We move, we breathe, we adapt, and we continue to show up. It's incredibly rewarding to witness the body's capacity to transform and to help others develop a deeper understanding of how they move.

It would be my privilege to support you in your continued movement journey and to help you build a body that serves you, on the stage, in the studio, in sport, and throughout every phase of life.
